How do you login system and view the course?
You can access the courseware by our portal, and take the courses.

 

Step 1: Login as User

For example, the given userid and password are “User” and “password” respectively. Please follow the instructions as below:

Please type in your User ID, and then choose your company name if it’s needed. Key in the Password and then click Logon. You may also change your password by clicking “Modify Password”.

請輸入你的 User ID及再揀選你的 Company Name。輸入 Password 之後按一下Logon 按鈕。
你亦可除時揀選 Modify Password 去更改你的 Password.

Remarks:
For some company with many subsidiaries, then their staff should choose which subsidiary they belong to.

 

Step 2: Choose the available courses

For example, if you would like to take the course, “MS Word 2000 for Windows Introduction”, then you can click your preferred language button next to the course name.

1.You can select available serial course by clicking desired tab.
你可以在版面的上方選取你可以選修的課程系列。

2.You may select desire interface language
你亦可以選取介面的顯示語言。

3.You will see the available courses. Please choose the appropriate course among different languages.
選擇你所需的課程及語言。

Remarks:
The languages availability depends on your company preferences. Not all user account can have all language options.

 

Step 3: Choose your preferred chapter

If you would like to take Chapter 2, “Mail Merge techniques”, then you may click on it.

A clear menu will be shown. A brief description is available to let you know what the chapter is about. Please choose the appropriate chapter.

Step 4: Loading Chapter

After clicking on your preferred chapter, that chapter will load automatically. You may see the similar loading screen as below and it takes about 15 seconds to load into the contents.

Step 5: Starting your lesson with your Navigation panel

After loading the chapter, you may see the image of your chosen software will be displayed. At the same time, there are 2 additional aids for you to have a ease control, they are “Navigation Panel” and “Red Arrow”.

i. There is a Navigation panel to control the course flow, such as Previous, Next, Restart, and Exit.
ii. The Demo button is used when a graphical demonstration is shown.
iii. You can hide or show the subtitle by clicking on the Subtitle button.
iv. The blue border is where you need caution; and the red arrow is where you need to click.
v. A narration comes along the course where audio equipment is available.

i. 一個 Navigation panel 將會出現在課程中，而Previous, Next, Restart, and Exit 按鈕就會控制課程的進度。
ii. 當有需要時 Demo 按鈕就會亮起，按下去就會出現一連串的示範。
iii. 你可以按一下 Subtitle 按鈕隱藏或顯示文字解說。
iv. 藍色的框架是你要注意的地方；而紅色的箭咀是指示你要按下去的地方。
v. 如果你的電腦設有音效裝置，同時間你就會聽到解說。

Remarks:
You don’t need to install the software before you click on any courses or chapters. All you see inside the chapters are images, so the software you need is “Internet Explorer 6.0 or above” and “Macromedia Flash 5.0 Player” (which is free to download).
For Windows XP and Office XP series course, “Macromedia Flash 6.0 Player” or higher is required.
